Rio: Orsi Toth confermata positiva al doping

RIO DE JANEIRO. – Le controanalisi hanno confermato la positività al doping per un metabolita del clostebol dell’azzurra Viktoria Orsi Toth. Lo apprende l’Ansa in ambienti del beach volley.

La giocatrice, controllata fuori competizione da Nado Italia, a Roma, il 19 luglio scorso, è stata sospesa in via cautelare dal Tna. In coppia con Marta Menegatti, Viktoria Orsi Toth avrebbe dovuto debuttare nel torneo olimpico di beach volley il prossimo 7 agosto.

Se le controanalisi confermeranno la positività, l’azzurra verrà sostituita, ma la coppia italiana di beach femminile non perderà il pass e prenderà comunque parte al torneo olimpico.

Orsi Torh, dopo la confermata positività, verrà fatta subito rimpatriare: prevista infatti la partenza per l’Italia già oggi, alle 14.30 ora del Brasile.
